The total amount for the exhibitions is Three Hundred and Eighty Thousand Naira (#380,000.00) only
The price includes:
Ø Return flight Ticket
Ø VISA to Dubai
Ø Accomodations for 7days.
Note: No feeding is included.
Exhibition Confirmation & Deposit:
Currently, we accept a Pay Small Small Scheme with a deposit of Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only (#200,000.00) on or before 12th of March, 2016 and all the Balance must be paid on or before 25th of April,2016

Cancellation of Exhibition
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
Because of the E-ticket platform, a confirmed Booking cannot be cancelled and ticket transferred, Garutech will not be responsible for any refund of ticket already booked and paid for. Also , the money paid for Visa if issued Cannot be refunded.
Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of ages 12 years and above provided the total cost is paid.
Arrival
All applicants should be available for any meeting during the prepaation and also present himself/herself at the Designated location before the boarding of flight and also be available during any stop over in the course.Accommodation will be available to you from the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Restriction of Movement
This journey is not for people who are willing to stay in Dubai for more than 14days, doing so amount to a crime in Dubai. Please ensure you adhere to rules and regulations provided by the GARUTECH TEAM.
Rooms
Eating take away meals in rooms is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with bedding or carpets etc. We accept that sandwiches and drinks can be consumed in the rooms but care should be taken to avoid spillage etc.
Guests are not expected to stay in the room all day.
Smoking
In accordance with Garutech Law there is a no smoking policy in force and this will also be in accordance with the hotel policy.
There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the house you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
